Lewis Jeng – Assistant Portfolio Manager

“Since starting in 2014 as an apprentice, I have progressed from Operations Apprentice to a Dealing Assistant, to Trainee Dealer and now I am a fully qualified Stockbroker. I can see there is clear progression in my job role along with the ability to undertake professional exams. To date I have been able to complete the Level 3 IOC and Level 4 IAD qualifications through CISI.”

Phil Armitage – Director of Stockbroking

"My career with Redmayne Bentley started as a placement student, I then returned after graduating as a Stockbroker. I worked through the ‘dot com boom’ of the late 90s and set up the Premier Dealing service for active clients, joining the senior management team as Head of Dealing in 2005. I am now Director of Stockbroking and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. In addition to Executive Board responsibilities, I am a member of several of the firm’s committees, Chair of Risk Management and Product Governance Committees and play an active role in change management. In 2024, I became an Equity Partner of the firm."
